In Search of Iconic Views

Just when I thought I made it to the top of the Prairie View lookout hike..wait, there was more! Look over yonder, are those hikers climbing the incline? I thought I was already at the lookout point, or maybe not. Should I just turnaround and go back down the hill or explore that incline a bit more. Come to think of it, I had looked at some pics of this hike sometime in the past, and I remember seeing some cool lookout photos, but have yet to come across that particular scenic view. Perhaps I need to keep moving upward? So I did, in search of that iconic view which was etched in my memory. Where is it, how far do I need to go from this point? Let’s go! Photos taken inside Kananaskis country, Alberta. Near Barrier Lake.

I'd say go for it, looks like a blast and yeah you can get some more awesome shot's in because we all know, maybe tired but as we drive home, get home, shower, eat etc we absolutely want to be back up at the top of the mountain.

The green mountains are very beautiful and can heal the eyes and make the body healthy if the body is feeling weak. When there, the boredom and fatigue disappear.... It feels cool when you look at these things. That's it bro 👍👍👍👍

From the viewpoint where you were today @daveks everything is beautiful, as always you visit exotic places, how well you manage to take nice pictures in your hiking. Today I made an exquisite meal with shrimp, which are delicacies of the sea, have you eaten them. I wish you success in your publication.

Beautiful shot there on top! Now I'm itching to get back up in the mountains... Both your color and B&W's came out great. Surprising to see so many people up there though. It's that way everywhere anymore it seems like.

Only “problem” here is it is easy to access from the highway, making it popular. Thanks @thebighiggg.

These photos are iconic enough. I know the green Mountains up there can be clicked from other different angles, but there's beauty in this I see.
