Coffee break at the dock

Sitia is a small town with a port at the east side of Crete in Greece. It is also the closest place to buy supplies that I can't find at the little village I am living in. And today it was shopping day! It was also a day that my partner and I felt like adding a little pleasure to an otherwise routine task, so we grabbed our takeaway drinks and sat on a bench next to the sea! Sitia is a very small (around 10.000 people live in it) and picturesque town. The port is mainly occupied by small fishing boats and it is a pleasure to hang around! And to complete the leisure break, I had my camera with a 50mm fixed lens attached and we did a small photo walk. So here is the result of it, edited in b&w since the weather was a bit gloomy and hazy. I hope you like it!

This place reminds me of the island of Symi. So beautiful and the photography is stunning! It's amazing how you've been able to capture the colour in black and white.
