A life without dreams is like a garden without flowers

Yes a life without dreams is like a garden without flowers. And that is really true. The moment you stop dreaming you will notice that you die a little bit inside.

If you walk into a garden where there are no flowers, that garden will look dead, it will no longer have a soul.

And that's kind of what happens to us when we stop dreaming. And at the end of 2018 I stopped dreaming. It all looked hopeless, no matter what I did, nothing seemed to progress. Nothing seemed to get better, and the darks from my tunnel never stopped, there was no light at the end anymore. All days looked the same, dark and gray. No more dreams bloomed in my heart.

The garden of my heart ran out of flowers. I no longer saw the beautiful things in life, and it all went wrong. Desperate, I tried to find new dreams to find blooming flowers again. But I no longer saw the flowers that were there.

Fortunately, I can now say that the garden of my heart is again full of beautiful flowers, just like the garden of my house. And when I walk out now I can enjoy what I have again. I see that things have indeed improved compared to then and I also dare to dream about other things. The flowers in the garden of my heart are blooming again ... and they may not be the most beautiful roses, but they are the flowers that I have chosen with love. And that alone is a reason to cherish it even more than before. Be very careful for it, and enjoy it ... every day.
