@mrprofessor how about minimalist photography since you are on a minimalist journey?!
Uh I know nothing of the concept. Ideas?
Hi,
especially in Winter I make a lot of minimalist photos due to the snow and the fog. This photo was taken on December 25, 2021 at the lake Wörthersee in Carinthia.

A simple leaf floating in natural oils in a shallow pool of water. Thanks for your consideration.
My submission is the truly the most minimalist storm scene I've ever photographed, taken near McLean, TX on May 16th, 2017.
I hope you enjoy! 🌪
Ooooh very cool shot Jess!
Is it ironic that I have lots of images of minimalism?
I'll enter this shot because I tend to see lots of close up whale shots. I felt this shot of a mother and baby put things into perspective of how big their world is to them.

Hi there! Here's my entry for the contest. I took this photo of a woman walking over a hill with a mosque behind it in Nur-Sultan a few years ago, when the city was still called Astana.

A misty summer sunrise by the ponds....
Good luck everyone!
These rocks are called Redcove Island, located at the Carnewas at Bedruthan. The tide was high and the rocks were semi-submerged in water.
Taken in the evening, the sea was a bit crazy.
Hi, this is my entry for the minimalist photography contest by #photographylovers community. It's about a small island in my village. Thanks.

My Minimalist Entry
Full moon over Kamloops
North of the city there is a conservation area called Lac du Bois grasslands. It is protected through the BC Parks Act and part is owned by the Nature Conservancy of Canada. A group that buys land for sale with significant ecological value and holds it in trust to protect it. In this case former ranch land that would have otherwise been developed.
This area is home to rattlesnakes, burrowing owls and painted turtles.
I took this on a winters night under a full moon
Thanks for organizing the competition.
Here is my contribution to the contest.
All the images I publish are made by me.
Do not use this image without my written permission.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look.

Probably too late and even if not I see some spectacular entries that would take the trophy if I was the judge but nevertheless I wanted to place my little contribution to the contest !
And a post with some more pictures like this one!
Wonderful entries so far! Tough competition and I would like to support the contest as well :)
Here is my entry, but as it was hard for me to pick one, I have published a separate post with the rest I was choosing from ;) Good luck to all!
