Sublime and Beautiful Sunday more flowers

Sublime and Beautiful Sunday more flowers

This post is for #SublimeSunday is inspired by @c0ff33a and #BeautifulSunday is initiated by @ace108.

And again I will share flowers, but this time from walks around a few places and not from my garden, the flower sin my garden are hanging in there after being beaten up a bit with some storms that came through recently but I think they will bounce back or at least I hope so.

I am not sure where all these photos were taken some in the Allen C Haskell Gardens and some in other parks and walks around here

Starting off with a shot of one flower that I love for the bluey Purple colors and such delicate little flowers on their own but in a bunch they stand out.

they are Armenian Grape Hyacinth I believe ( or thats what the Picture this app tels me they are) also known as Garden grape Hyacinth or grape Hyacinth.

My app has no luck identifying these perhaps because i got in close and personal with this one

And next up the app tells me are rabbit eye Blueberry, also known as Smallflower blueberry, southern black blueberry, rabbit eye Blueberry or twiggy whortleberry

I think I like the last name has a cool ring to it

these are in the app got it right French Rose, also known as Gallic Rose, Rose of Provins, Provence rose or Apothecary roses, shows how much I know I thought they were similar to ones we have in our garden which are Californian Poppies

And now Peruvian zinnia, also known as Wild Zinnia, Kaffir Daisy, Zinnia, Field Zinnia, or redstar zinnia

And to finish off this post also a Zinnia, but this one is called a common Zinnia, I think whioever or what group names floweers does them an injustice when they call them a common something.
these are also known as Elegant Zinnia, isn't that a contradiction being called common and or elegant

Perhaps because they are beautiful, or maybe because it is Sunday, Kathy's little pops pretty are drop dead gorgeous. Especially with their up close and personal state. Good morning to you and I actually could not identify the one shot but maybe if you have a shop that is not quite so detailed. Amazing shots!

Twiggy Whortleberry! Now that's a name worth remembering.

Great pictures, as always. Flowers do bring such a colour and joy to life, don't they? My garden was all in this year on fruits and veggies; next year I ought to add some flowers to it.

I love the colors of the Grape Hyacinth, but the second photo is my favourite here, such a cool detailshot 😃
I also have no idea what kind of flower it might be, but that's nothing that surprises me 🤣

Okay, come to think of it, I've asked this question before.
I just have to try it!

Sorry I should have explained more
I make a layer and do a B&W filter then change the opacity of it to what I want
Then use a layer mask to paint in where I want more color

I guess it's good to take take multiple shots of different angle to increase the chance of identification
