A jewel...

The weather is leaving us with very strange days lately, despite the fact that it is still very hot during the day, usually in the middle of the afternoon the sky is covered with large black clouds and, normally, we get a torrential downpour...
Today the storm has caught us in a small beach town in the south of Barcelona called "Garraf".

It is the typical fishing village of all life, with very few inhabitants, which has not suffered real estate damage and where I would like to have a second residence there.

It is located 20' from the center of the big city, it has a train station and, although not all the trains that pass through there stop, you know that you have a means of public transport to connect with the big city in a few minutes if that is what you need.

It is a jewel.

And although I have tried to find a house or apartment for sale there for a long time, very few neighbors decide to sell. On the other hand, if a neighbor sells his property, what normally happens is that another neighbor buys it, so the real estate market there is restricted to local people... a shame but it is what it is.

Also, if any of these properties were sold openly, I'm sure the price would be through the roof, so I have no choice but to become friends with the locals...
