No-Till 20 Gallon - 5x5 - Spider-Farmer SF-1000 - White Rhino - Flower Day 7

What's up toker's Been a week now for since the Sf-1000 unboxing. As I said in that video and post is I will likely be doing a 2x2 grow with it and the 5-gallon challenge but things have now changed. I have decided to move this sf-1000 into the big 4.5x4.5 flower tent. With this, I have ordered 2 more to go along with it and the sp-250.
I have plans to send back my ph-f06 and get another sf-1000 as the Meanwell driver and the SMD lm301b are much brighter and energy efficient.

With the white rhino, it is bred by SouthernOntarioSeeds. I picked this strain as it has a fast flower with around 6 weeks. I think it going to likely around that time as after 3 days she was already showing hairs and signs of sex.

Southern Ontario Seed Co. White Rhino can be genetically traced to Afghanistan and India. It has a fruity aroma and a smooth sweet taste. It’s a hybrid of high potency and heavy indica effect.

Flowering time for the White Rhino strain is 6 weeks indoors with a usual yield of 2.8 oz per sq ft. Outdoor flowering period of 9 weeks with a usual yield of 1.8 pounds.

Because of the high THC content and CBD blend this strain can be used medically as a sleep aide and to help with pain relief.

Top Dress

When it comes to the top dress I have been doing small amounts of kelp and alfalfa with the od mix of rock dust. I have finally been able to grab some EWC and give them a nice layer this week. I have my own bins going but they are not finished and I like to mix up the kinds I add to give more diversity.

I have now added another rock dust called basalt rock dust. This rock dust comes from the volcanic rocks from the British Columbia volcanos.

SF-1000

After one week I have to say I have no complaints about this light. I have found the heat to be not at all an issue. I was running this light at 50% but have now moved it up to 100%. The reason I have moved it up is I will be adding 2 more of these to help with the last weeks of flower.

How do you compare this and the Mars?

Well I only have a TS609 to compare to for the smaller mars hydro and it rocks that light but that's a given

I have thought about getting a ts1000 and a new vivosun to compare to but that would mean canceling my spiderfarmer sf.... I did that by the way 🤣🤣🤣 just don't know if I did in time 😭🤣🤣🤣
