Afritunes week 39| Rainbow (cover) by Lazy Nigerian Youth
Hello Afritunes. I am super excited to be singing this week for you again. For about the 10th week if I am not mistaken. Afritunes is gradually approaching a year of singing together and it kind of sucks that I was not here from the very start but we are here now and I think that is what matters if you ask me.
For this week I am doing another tuface song and I think this is the only other song I know how to score, but if I learn another one I will be sure to let you know.
This song was made when I was in secondary school…I think. I t was one of the mordern tuface songs. I remember downloading this one at some point or burning it into a computer in whatever case it was on my phone back then.
By now tuface was already a legend he solidified it by changing his name from tuface to tubaba.
I love the nature of this song, begging for love back, these days nobody does that anymore. I think we are all done with struggling with failed love. I think it's pride or not wanting to seem weak whatever it is, it seems like the same thing to me when people talk but don’t listen.
I hope we can figure all thing things out so we can have Hive weddings to post about.
