As far as I understand, physical fatigue is necessary for good sleep and not mental fatigue. In this epidemic period some people are not able to sleep due to fear. When I was in the village, I saw most of the houses' lights off by eight o'clock and on at five o'clock in the morning. This means that people go to sleep at eight o'clock and wake up early in the morning because they have to work in the fields. Those who work hard at day and night digest food easily and get plenty of sleep. On the contrary, people who are living a life of comfort, neither digest nor eat food properly. Now, just think what could be the factors behind all this?
