VA ARREST Follow up - Filing Complaint Against Officers Through OIG Hotline

In the end of January 2019, Rockman Al and I were arrested at the VA Hospital in Spokane, WA. After being intimidated and threatened with being thrown in a cage if we didn't delete our footage they let us go. We have tried to follow up with complainst a few times with no success. I was finally pointed in the right direction by detuty Timmons of the VA police in Spokane. He helped me identify the last of offenders. We got the correct phone number to call finally and this is Rockman Al and I filing our administrative complaints. This is just the first step of us attempting to hold these tyrants accountable. Stay tuned for more updates. Please Upvote, ReSteem and Follow!

Maybe the dumpster fire's va will give you satisfaction.
Check the tort claims act for statute of limitations.
Some are as short as one year.
I think my state is two.
The feds will have their own.
That is good taking it to them!

We are trying. My friend is less versed than I so I'm doing most of the research and looking up how to file etc, but at least we tried this part and are learning for if it happens again. With this police state and my activities it seems inevitable. I've been arming myself with knowledge, finally got a copy of Marc Stein's book, "Government: Indicted". Have been learning about it in other ways but finally got his book. I just started it but am excited.

Check out Eric Whoru.

Him and @marcstevens had a falling out over something.
They used to share a radio station, or something.
Anyway, I didn't understand what Eric was saying until Marc brought it together for me.
His paperwork is questionably effective (though informative) compared to what Marc offers.

Eric is still alive in Yellville Ar, if you get the opportunity.
He's like 88, or so, and was one of the first to successfully defend himself from federal tax court in California in the late 60's or early 70's by stumping the court on how to prove who he was.
The court took his case under advisement and said they would call him.
I don't have a cite for the case.
Should've asked him when I met him, but I'm pretty dense.

I'm Eric, who are you?
Was his tagline.

I didn't get what happened? you were denouncing an abusive situation in a specific Veteran affairs place and were threatened to silence you?

We were filing a complaint from an incident that happened a year prior. We were detained unlawfully and taken to a back room where we were told the only way we would be taken to jail is if we deleted the footage on our camera's. The footage was of us in the publicly accessible areas of the building. We were detained and cuffed for filming. They made us delete our footage if we didn't want to be arrested. They have now acknowledged that it is OK to film in the same areas. If it's OK now then it was OK then the bill of "rights" hasn't changed in the meantime.

I sadly don't have the time to watch your video, what was the complaint?

I guess is to add "not" before taken to jail, right?

We were arrested for not presenting ID. We had committed no crime nor been accused of any crime. We were lied to about our access to the facility and not given any reasonable articulatable suspicion of a crime we were committing or about to commit. Our complaint was based off of this incident.
