Now I am a huge fan of Ramen! Every chance I get here in Australia to eat ramen I will take it haha. I am always on the lookout for a new ramen spot.
So when we went to Japan for my birthday holiday, you guessed it we tried out every type of ramen you can imagine.
While we were in Kyoto we came across Menbaka Fire Ramen. Now this is ramen with a twist.
When you order your delicious ramen, the chief covers the top with spring onions then pours a little bit of boiling oil on top of the ramen and the entire ramen bowl catches on fire. HAHA.
It's such a crazy ramen eating experience :) and the ramen is amazing!
