Activity score consistently low

yesterday I talked about how my sleep has been improving, but everything isn't roses in the #noloafinghealth life.

My activity score has been consistently underperforming over the last couple of months. I've been close with a couple of higher weeks, but that isn't where I want to be.

I want to be consistently at 100% with a couple of high weeks.

No Drastic Changes

I have two small kids at home and a busy partner, its hard to get out for a run or some other activity in the morning before everyone is awake, and we are exhausted at the end of the day to get out then.

So, what can a person do?

Small additions.

This week I'm working on small changes, including doing a short 10min circuit before sitting at my desk including:
10 KB swings
10 body weight squats
10 pushups

9, 8, 7, ...

This should take 5-10 minutes and get the blood flowing.

Finally, a wake after supper, this means a bit earlier supper and less working day, but this is what I need to focus on to have better working days.

The walk around the block is good for everyone, its something to look forward to for the kids and parents alike.

Other than the days when the goal is 800 cals of activity or more, this should be plenty to reach the goal.

I will report back and let you know.
