I Really Don't Want This Wedding
It's been almost a week and my neck still aches. I noticed it gets worse when I sleep on a pillow so I made conscious effort not to use a pillow last night but it still hurts now.
A literal pain in the neck coupled with anxiety is putting me to shits.
I'm struggling to think properly and get work done. I have clothes to make and a Saturday deadline to meet up on one of the clothes.
The wedding preparation and everything else surrounding it is getting to me and I already feel like I'm not going to like my wedding day. It's just unnecessary spending and drama on a show I don't even want.
I'm being forced to do some people pleasing and kissing ass all for some stupid wedding tradition some dead people made up.
Unfortunately, my wedding is not about me and my fiancé. Now I feel like eloping would have been better.

Calm down sis and take it easy on yourself, if you feel the need to rest leave the house and go to some quiet place, every where will be buzzing around you but you need to force calmness from within.

Not going to help but when we eloped, it ended up being the best decision we made! There were so many annoying things with my family that just ruined everything about our engagement and wedding so we said fuck it and did it our way, without any of the bullshit around.
One thing to keep in mind is that the day is about you and what you want. Don't let them and their bullshit ruin the day. If they are being assholes call them out and tell them to shape up or ship out. We are glad we did what we wanted because my mom ended up going to an extent to make sure we didn't have what we wanted.

I feel like saying that I know how it feels to be in that condition but that would be a lie because I have zero knowledge about it based on experience but I've been in a place where wedding preparations were being done and I can tell you that it is always more stressful that the congregation can imagine.
Unfortunately, I don't think that you will be able to rest properly until weeks after the wedding so just take it gradually and always remember to come around and dish out something interesting for our viewing pleasure
