market friday - these boots are made for walking
With autumn just around the corner, it was time to look for new hiking boots. The sneakers are ok for the summer, but not for the wet season. So off to the nearest shopping center and into the sports shop.
As today is friday, I dedicate this posting to @dswigle and her great #marketfriday, wich is always a litte holiday feeling for me seeing all those markets around the world.
This shop has painted a huge racetrack on the floor. I think the whole thing looks rather impersonal and very empty. But that's probably a matter of taste. Someone else may find it brilliant.
Maybe they use it for people testing new skaters or bicycles, but this time nobody used it.
The corner with the hiking and trekking shoes, and there " HE " was. My absolute favourite hiking shoe ever ever:
In fact, I've had this model before. And it has served me for a very long time, good 10 years. I probably made a million steps with it, until he got too old.
The fact that the austrian Company LOWA still has the "Renegade Models" in its range after so many years speaks for the quality. ;-) and I get nothing payed for writing this.
But unfortunately, with his 200, - EUR he is out of the race for this year. And a few steps further I found this shoe, lower price segment for 79,-
I liked it, tried it right away on and wandered around in the sport shop
Hm, I saw these nice sweatshirts on the wall, so pretty, but unfortunately I didn't like the material
Super nice drink bottles, but I already have 2 other models at home
After taking some fun pictures I decided to buy these shoes, because even after walking a while they still were comfortable to me.
Surprise, at the checkout they had such spinners to take away freely. Since I always wanted to know what sense it actually had, one came into the shoebox
After a short stop at the supermarket for normal weekend shopping, went home. And here are the most important utensils for the coming weekend :-)

I thought you're going to buy that jacket to be a partner in your hiking shoes. Well, if you have 2 already there's no need to buy extra when you can't use it all I guess.
I haven't tried spinner and I was curious why some people love playing it.
Hi there 🤗 i have two drinking bottles but not from this company. Those in the shop attracted me because they look very nice. Anyway a third bottles does not making sense.
Still not sure what the spinner should be for ;-) maybe something meditational or hypnotik ;-)

@mrnightmare89 @beeber - Spinners are used for boosting concentration when you just can't sit still. They're meant to give your hands something to do, leaving your brain free to pay attention. Fidget spinners are used to focus on things.
We all buy things and I appreciate you writing it, but, nobody on #MarketFriday is a paid advertiser. If they are, we will be getting HALF!! (Kidding)
Oh, I am so glad you found hiking boots! It is one of the things that I find a hard time fitting, for comfort. I really like yours and the fact that you could give up the other brand so easily means that they have got to be pretty comfortable! I like the amount of merchandise in the store, but, I am with you with the racetrack. I mean, why? Because maybe it is sporty? )
I am pretty picky when it comes to sweatshirts. I don't like any silky fabric or anything that wicks away the moisture. I don't like the way it feels. I want real sweatshirts. :)
Anyway, it has been delightful, having you here! I love the concept of #MarketFriday and how our cultures differ and then again, how much they are alike. Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, even your language/languages. Along with the fact of what is normal for where you live? These are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I had hoped that posting here will familiarize you with the world around you just a little bit more. Viewing it from a more personal level as opposed to the newsworthy level gives me a better understanding of the people and a view that is often not seen on television. Sometimes,it seems like I learn more on some social medias about a certain incident than what the news tells me.

Yes I was so glad to find these shoes in a good range of price. I already had two little walks, just to look how they fit. and they are very good for my feet.
I was not sure about, writing something with "no advertising" because our laws in europe are very very strange concerning these things. But you think there is no need to mention it?
And thank you so much for the tip with the spinner. So its realy meant as a kind of meditation thing. I will try it out. somhow its a little bit magic watching going round and round :-)

Absolutely! I'm familiar with how very rigid very rigid Europe is with their rules and I honestly don't think they're wrong because they have been abused yeah, but all you have to do is look at several different post advertising things and you will see that nobody does. If it makes you feel more comfortable I have no problem with it. I only know one of the person that does it and he's a YouTuber. I am glad that the shoes fit well and I actually see no reason to be brand-conscious when prices involved and they are the same basic fit.
