Most people have some odd feelings towards buying items from second hand store, they believe that one can get infected from putting on clothes from these stores or probably just an unverified myth.

Some of these items from the store are practically new and just like how stores operate a black market, they would want to dispose this quality product its at cheaper prices such that they can restock new products.
