QUIET MOMENTS ON THE SHORE

This is a video - centered post, I mean, its most important and hopefully, attractive part is the video at its center ... approximately in its center :) it's more toward the beginning actually.

All these shots and video fragments were filmed and taken during the last week, here on the coastline not far from my home.
I'll put the post on the Pinmapple map, so I can avoid long explanations about where on the planet this is :) one look at the map and all will be clear.

On this photograph, besides the overall atmosphere and the distant horizon, you can also see the Euphorbia cyparissias plant in the foreground.

Here is a more up close look at the plant, at one of its details ... and on the following shot ... taken with the macro lens ...

... you can take a good, detailed look at its interesting flowers ... and the small ant feeding on them. And now ...

... I mean now ... immediately after this colorful Trigonidium cicindeloides cricket shot ... it's video - time :) I wish you a good and comfortable view.

While I was filming these short video pieces with cormorants ...

... a friend of mine was stalking the birds in the water ...

... and she got pretty close to them.
