Land's end, Forillon Park, Gaspe, Quebec, Canada (5 pics)

Situated at the tip of the Gaspé in Quebec, Forillon National Park allows us to literally go to the end of the world...

Quebec's first national park, which covers almost 250 km2, is a true wonder of nature.

Since 1970, it has allowed visitors to walk through magnificent landscapes and admire moose, black bears, hawks, whales, seals, porcupines, etc.

Several trails are available to us and several days are necessary to discover the diversity of the terrain which ranges from the sea coast, to the cliffs, to the sand dunes and more.

There is an easy path that starts from L'Anse-aux-Amérindiens to Cap-Gaspé and there is a slightly more perilous path on the cliff side called "Les Graves".

The 2nd is by far the most memorable trail and the one that allows you to make the most of the park experience.

Once in Cap-Gaspé, the view of the sea is just perfect.

But we haven't yet arrived at the land's end.

Now we have to go down a small winding path on the mountainside to get to the belvedere and the famous sign :)

Going back to Cap-Gaspé, you can't miss the lighthouse at the top of the cape.

With its 34 meters high, this lighthouse dating from 1854 is certainly the tallest lighthouse in Canada.
