I have doubt in Polygon that he is trying to build upon, but just like @theycallmedan said that we cannot voice everything in one sitting as we are trying to use a polite manner in dealing with people.

The tweet reveals nothing about the project. It could be a Linktree clone or a cross platform reputation scoring system. I would guess it has more to do with Metamask integrations than any kind of new social web app.
