Weekend Binge Sketching 🖊

This weekend I’ve been on a drawing binge. I was messing around on YouTube to see the best way to get my ideas out for some projects that I’m working on.

I’m not trying to be an artist or anything, more to rid myself of boredom than anything, and it’s actually pretty fun to to quick little sketches.

I’m working through a workbook I found. I’m ignoring the item list and drawing with a ball point pen so I have work around things at times but I’m always able to communicate the idea on some level.

I also came across a cool exercise where I try to put things into 3D boxes. I’m pretty bad at it but I think I just tried to do too much at one time.

I need to find more stuff with super basic shapes so I can get my fundamentals down.
