30 Hive Powered Up
A completely unrelated riddle that has nothing to do with this butterfly photo.
How can you tell that Donald Duck has visited your house? There's duck feathers in your toilet.
This was: How can you tell that an angel has visited your house, but as I don't believe in angels, I switched it to a creature that exists.
Hive power up day. The first ever for me on the first day of the month. I think.
Just checking few things mentioned in @traciyork's post: https://hive.blog/hivepud/@traciyork/welcome-to-streetstyle-s-hivepud-hive-power-up-day-for-july-1st-2020.
- I don't have to, but I want to mention that if there's no reason for you to not power up some Hive, why won't you? Right now.
HivePUD
- Rep above 39, below 70.
- HIVE POWER more than 100 but less than 8000.
- Power Up on JULY 1st, 2020.
- Make a post about the POWER UP on JULY 1st with the tag HivePUD.
This was the amount that I chose to power up. 30 something hive. Not much in percentages, considering my almost 3000 HP, which is less than many here have, but more than some have, let me just remind you that even though the butterfly that is in the photo above, was a bit damaged, incomplete, partial, not full, it was perfectly capable to fly. "What is my point here" you may ask. My point? Isn't it obvious? It's this: heavy is hard to carry and it's a long way to far away. That is.
Just saying.

Great attitude to have, @insaneworks and I love your comparison with the butterfly. Thanks so much for choosing to power up today for your first 1st - I really appreciate the support for Hive Power Up Day! Happy Hiving!
I am the one who would want to take (almost) every animal home with me, repair broken wings and although I dislike spiders because or their legs, have saved several beetles, spiders, ladybirds and bees from houses and buses by carrying them on a piece of paper / tissue / glass outside and released them with almost tears in my eyes shouting to them that they are free now. "Go! Run! Fly! Remember me next time we see!" 😁
I've thought of powering up so many times on the first day of the month (when I was in Steem too) and now I finally didn't miss it. Phew!
Happy Hiving to you too!
Eehhehe! 30 HP here, 30 HP there... and soon enough you'll get to the 5000 HP mark!
I've never joined these power up events. I simply keep powering up a bit every day, I don't need a special event or day to do it. 🤭
I guess it's more for those who don't power up that often or forget to do that. So it's a good reminder.
