Living in Paradise!!

Hey everyone, daily I awake to this incredible sight and more. This is the main garden next to the tennis courts on the plot where I reside!

At the bottom of this epic garden, the garden of eden where I harvest the most incredible fruits and vegetables daily differing depending on the season.

Todays harvest we have some amazing persimmons which really have been the gift that keeps on giving as well as mielies which I planted end of January and started harvesting now!

We have so many persimmons that I harvest, give away, freeze and currently experimenting making beer with. I really hope that it works out and tastes great so far so good.

Who wouldn't want this kind of off-grid healthy sustainability?
