Everything Is Cool In The Countryside

Today I found this same cat at the same spot doing the same thing she has been doing for two days - sleeping. The entire day she was napping and she even seemed bothered by my company. :D I know that it might sound silly but this cat reminded me to stay cool as I lost some of my cool today thanks to the Justin freakin' Sun. I know that a lot of witnesses and community members are over caffeinated, losing their sleep, neglecting other things to stay active and present in this situation that we still don't know how it will end.
Every time I need a moment to myself, a place to chill or silence my brain - I go to this part of our homestead, between the garage and the garden. In this are we have a shed, some fruit trees, chicken coop and some things that are, in my opinion, clutter but there's still plenty of space for chickens (and cats) to run around, lol. My next task is to clean up this area more, especially around our hazelnut tree. I cleaned up another part before the rainy weather took over so I'm waiting for some sunny days to continue my work. :D

To distract myself a little bit from all this drama, I decided to play around with this very handy option on Samsung phone - create a gif. I could probably find a better distraction such as reading a book but oh well... It was fun and easy creating these so I might share some more in the future. As you can see from the gif's, it's muddy here since it was raining daily these few days and grass still haven't found a way out.
