What was the case again? After the outrageous self-proclamation of one Juan Guaido for the ‘presidente’ of Venezuela on January 23rd 2019, U.S. government has readily recognized the abomination and allowed illegal takeover of the Venezuelan embassies. A group of activist from the so called Embassy Protection Collective entered the premises of Venezuelan Embassy in Washington DC, in spring 2019, defending it from the takeover by the U.S. backed supporters of coup leader Juan Guaidó.

They spent 37 days in the embassy, and on May 16th, against the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations…

“Article 22. The premises of a diplomatic mission, such as an embassy, are inviolable and must not be entered by the host country except by permission of the head of the mission. Furthermore, the host country must protect the mission from intrusion or damage. The host country must never search the premises, nor seize its documents or property. Article 30 extends this provision to the private residence of the diplomats.”

…U.S. federal agents raided an embassy of the sovereign Venezuela, throw out the embassy defenders, arrest them, and accused four of them — Adrienne Pine, Margaret Flowers, Kevin Zeese, and David Paul — of “interfering with the protective functions” of the US State Department!

At this point, the things went so bizarre, that we can’t explain the consequences without a grain of satire…

Imagine the consequences…

Mistrial prevented legal violence against the people who upheld the law, but this does not mean the government will let things go by law.

Today U.S. allows takeover of a foreign embassy, and tomorrow anyone can takeover anyone’s embassy anywhere. Imagine Montenegro takes over Chinese embassy in Podgorica. Or, Iran takes over U.S. embassy in Tehran and throws Americans out of the country. Oh, they did it already? Well done. Or Germany invades Polish embassy and returns the staff from 1934… And we have everything all over again.

Or…

Today U.S. decides who is the president in a foreign country of Venezuela. It sets a precedent that almost whole EU acknowledged. But what if tomorrow U.S. decides to appoint a chancellor of Germany? Oh, wait, they are already doing that! Let’s find some other example. What if tomorrow U.S. decides, for example, to appoint new president of France? Alright, French citizens would be happy for that. Do we have a better example? Let’s try this one: What if tomorrow U.S. decides to appoint PM of United Kingdom, and then starts selling chlorinated chickens to the British people… where every single chicken has much higher chlorine concentration than all of chlorine recorded by the OPCW Fact Finding Mission in Douma, Syria? And then seize their National Health System that could find facts about their chickens and health consequences? And then take over the only man who dared to expose their horrific crimes all over the planet?
