The city looks very nice with all those well managed high rises and parks.
Good capture!

Thanks. Inwant to move there, but we will see. It's a little over priced right now. I expect prices to fall in the next few years so I'll wait.

Good idea for you to wait for the prices to fall my friend.
It certainly looks like a love area to live and to work in.
Blessings!

Yeah for sure. My office is going to move there in a couple years, so if I stick with the same firm, I'll be double tempted to move closer to there.

Great in depth article. The pictures are stunning and really show the attention to detail within this complex - especially liked the trimmed hedges made to resemble birds

Yeah, I was surprised to see it in a public park. I didn't really walk around the complex much. If I am considering to buy, I'll take a closer look, but the prices have to come down a lot before that happens, or I need to find something cheaper in the area.

Me, too!
I really want to live somewhere that people think is great when they see. My complex now is pretty because of the fall colours, but normally, it's just a little above average.

Glad to hear that. Property prices are really confusing, especially between countries. It's also a really expensive and important decision.

Interesting to know ther is a different otion for housing than the typical buying or renting!
I can see why you would want to live by one of the parks - they are beautiful! Here's to having your dream come true!
Thanks for sharing

Yeah, it took me a while to understand how it works. It's not completely risk-free like renting, but then again you don't get the return on investment you get from buying. I just like the fact that after 2 years I can move to a new place. Keeps me safe from becoming a hoarder.

Looks amazing! I'm not a germaphobe but I do like to avoid being splashed with urine!

I know a few people who've had sick children from allowing them to frolic in the splash parks. The chlorine is irritating, especially after the chemical reaction when it is mixed with urine, but that is much much better than getting some kind of bacteria or virus.
