Day 1026 | Family Friday & Fasting

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I feel like I'm in a good flow again having no issue to stick to healthy food on track to reach my weightloss goals toward the end of this month. I had most day off making it into a family day spending time with my nieces in the snow which was plenty of fun. I didn't eat until around 16:00 and stuck to soup and some seed crackers with vegetables and chickpeas after. I was back in my place to watch the frist match of week 27 in the league which provided some profit. Overall things are good and I did have great sleep last night. I'm looking forward to a rather busy weekend.
