Day 1146 | Late Evening Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

Not all too much up on Thursday as I made it my 2nd day to eat less healthy nog going into the period of the European Football Championship which should bring a lot more structure in my life again. Especially during the group stage every day will more or less be the same. I plan on waking up quite early after getting 8 hours of sleep, go on a walk/run to hit the shower, eat something, keep up to date with the crypto market, make a preview on the ucoming matches, fix some food to watch the games with 1 eye doing some other stuff at the same time on my pc while getting in some reps inbetween the matches to go on a short evening walk after the last one is over.
