Day 867 | Productive 2-Hour Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I went on my regular long walk on Sunday evening which ended up being quite productive as I started making some specific plans. Wednesday I'll be turning 38 and I plan on closely tracking 365 days setting some solid goals for that period with an eye to break through some invisible barrier I've been stumbling upon.

I'm slowly switching my sleep routine now with the construction work that is being done in my street currently. 23:00 in bed and 07:00 out is where I want to get it. I'm not 100% there yet but I will.

General Checklist: The goal was to do 100 days straight without cheating which quickly turned out to be too ambitious. Each time I have a cheat day I will add it to the total from now on.
