Day 871 | Skateboarding Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I went home again on Thursday spending a lot of time with my nieces learning them how to skate on my waveboard which they managed to get a hang on. They loved it and it was loads of fun. I also walked our dog multiple times during the day and watched some tv with my mom in the evening. So overall fun relaxing day with a busy period ahead thecoming weeks as many matches will be played.

365-Day Rep Challenge

My goal is to do a minimum amount of reps during an entire year in order to stay somewhat consistent. So far I'm both running slightly behind in my schedule and am already hurting in my arms and shoulders. I am slowly building it up though.
