Day 878 | Not at 100%

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I'm feeling quite good overall but I'm sensing something is not at 100% in my body as I still seem to craay around something from the time I got sick 2 months ago. The left part of my body under my left shoulder where I had big rashes which hurt still feels different comared to my right side and I have a light tingeling in my left ear. It's not something I really notice when not thinking about it but It's definatetely there. Doing exercise getting my heartrate up seems to increase. Aside from this I feel 100% fine and sharp though. If it gets worse or doesn't go away, I'll have to let it checked out. I usually have the approach that my body has all the tools it needs to take card of things like this.

Anyway, thursday was fairly productive and that was about it.

365-Day Rep Challenge

My goal is to do a minimum amount of reps during an entire year in order to stay somewhat consistent. So far I'm both running slightly behind in my schedule and am already hurting in my arms and shoulders. I am slowly building it up though.

Weekly Weigh-In

Instead of hitting the scale, I'll be weighing myself on a weekly basis. The first goal will be to hit the long-term goal of 62kg with the aim to build it back up with more muscles afterwards.
