Day 891 | Babysitting and Beat Saber

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

My sister and here husband had to go to an event on Wednesday and asked me to tuck in my nieces and stay at their place until they got home. I mostly spent the time plating Beat Saber on Playstation VR with them and they absolutely loved it. (I can already see them asking to play more of it every week from now on). I got back home to my place quite late and hit my bed around 02:00. Next couple days I plan to do some fasting as I have been eating way too much and way too unhealthy lately. On Monday, I'll continue my regular 3x a week Hot yoga and on Thursday there will be tennis again. I also will go back to a daily reps routine. 3 months are left in the year and I want to get the most out of those.
