Day 900 | 14k Steps Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

Tomorrow there will be 100 days left before reaching 1000 of these daily morning blogs. I plan to end these next 100 days equally good to the first 100 days when I just got started. Weight loss is will be the first thing on my radar so I will start doing daily walks from now on (If the weather allows it). Yesterday I did about 14k steps. I will soon have to go to the dentists as one of my fillings came loose. Not something I look forward to but once it's fixed it will be a big relief.

Instead of hitting the scale, I'll be weighing myself on a weekly basis. The first goal will be to hit the long-term goal of 62kg with the aim to build it back up with more muscles afterwards.
