Getting Ready Now For My Afternoon Dialysis But The Water Is Still Cold To Shower With

Today even though it is not that cold in the night and I actually showered at around 10:00 AM I can still feel the cold coming from the water tap. It is an issue for me even though I can tolerate the cold but with a little longer time in the shower just makes me feel the shivers so as much as possible I like to avoid bathing in cold waters.

I attribute my low tolerance to cold to my low body fat as it just makes me have no insulation to ward-off the cooling effect of the water. But I rather get the chills than having to endure the uneasiness of being a sort of dirty. I just use the bathroom when I am really in need to use the toilet because I coincide my showering or cleaning my body after the use of the toilet.

It has been my routine to do so and I was only not able to do that routine when I got the pains and weakness associated with my infection caused by my Appendicitis which I am glad that it was all over because having an Appendicitis is the most painful thing that I had ever experienced in my life.

Anyway soon it will be more enjoyable to shower even in the dead of the night especially during hot and humid days because the water coming from the tap is also like it was coming from a volcanic spring, it is really warm at times. But with a hotter weather I do like the colder water but that does not happen but at least I will not get the shivers or hypothermia anyways.

But now I do not get much hardship in bathing myself due to the improved pains in my body which I am very happy because it is something that I wasn't able to feel everyday, it is just because of the added dose of my Cinacalcet and my other efforts medically and are coupled with dieting that caused this positive improvements with my joint pains. I hope that I will feel much better soon and also to be able to walk without pain from my feet, knees, and hip joints and I will with the blessings from God try to physical therapy my body so I can at least get some of my body movement functions back like walking and sitting for long.

So I needed more prayers from my friends particularly here at steem community that has a concern and care for my health, medical goals, and dreams to improve my life to get some of my basic body functions and I truly will be indebted from you all which I know God himself will repay if not here then it will be in a place for you in heaven.
