It Is Happening Now

I hope that I will sweat much today and that the weather this whole afternoon would be hot so that I will basically sweat as the hot weather helps a lot in making me sweat more. The more I sweat the less water would have to be drawn out from my body at dialysis, it is just my way of one, to feel much better because of the detoxification effect of sweating and two, so that I will not get a backlog of water in my body because my nurses are just limiting the fluids that have to be drawn from me with just 4 kilos.

Usually my nurses are just setting the machine to get only 2.5 Kilos of water from my body citing that I would crash my BP if they set it up high. That is their opinion and that is not the case because they didn't factor in the kind of dialyzer that I use which is efficient in cleaning my blood and this my blood pressure would react.

Now that I am the one who is telling them how much water to take and how much speed the blood pump would go, I am now getting my desired weight down plus a better blood cleaning because of the speed of the blood pump. But I just have to take something to support my BP otherwise I will get my blood pressure to crash down again because of these dialysis settings that I wanted my nurses to set in the dialysis machine.

Anyway I just asked my mother to bring me some anemic coffee, a cup of coffee with just enough coffee to flavor the hot water with sugar as I do not want to take much caffeine in my system yet because I am cutting back on it but only in my dialysis session where I am using Caffeine pills now of 764 mg in one sitting just to support my blood pressure and avoid it into crashing.

The dialysis machine just cleans most of the caffeine so it is still good for me to take a near overdose of it for my own needed purpose, to survive my dialysis session. I am glad that I was able to discover caffeine for my blood pressure support, it is more affordable than maybe taking amphetamines where I am not sure where to source some and also not sure if it is dialyzable or not as well.

So I just hope that these Caffeine pills would not get off the online store where I buy my Caffeine pills otherwise I am screwed and might just get into a different kind of dialysis just for me to be able to control my water intake and outtake. The only problem is that I will bother the people around me in setting up a peritoneal dialysis with its procedure because it truly has a lot of workaround in a day of session.
