Appearance Is Deceptive

All was well and good until we were all one day and saw a post of her love getting married to another man. For some time, the whole group became silent for a reason that was best known to everyone. And I remember been bothered with about thousands of questions that deals with the ‘’WHAT”, “WHY”, WHEN, WHERE, and HOW. I couldn’t not believe my eyes when I saw the wedding invitation, and I think almost everyone in the group had that same thought.

Many looked up to these two, back then when we were in school, and knew that they were going to be there for each other as husband and wife, until the very end of their world. I really remember the very first message that came after many hours when the invitation picture was sent. And it read, am I really seeing well or do you guys see the same thing I am watching.

Now it was as if they had called out a durbar in a community, the whole group just went wild with words and thoughts. But one thing that was common among everyone’s message, was What went wrong? For all those years of suffering together and memories shared, the dream everyone wanted to see come through was to hear or see them live as husband and wife.

But like I always say, nature has its own course at times and what we wish for might change at any given point in time. The only people that can tell what made this to happen is just the two of them. Who knows? It might be because of a behavior one had and thought the person would change as time goes on but didn’t, or a pressure from one of their parents or so ever.

As many went ahead to bring all that they had in them, I just said nature knows what’s best for them, and I know they have talked over all these before the picture even came our platform and I know any decision made was for the best for each other.

This is how we as humans see life, and as they say appearance is deceptive, it is only when you are in that you know the fire that is attached to it. So let’s wise up and make sure we are not deceived by looks but know that everywhere we go is the right or perfect place.
