Wow that was really quite beautiful. I cannot tell if your experience with grief was an internal one related to the self or an external one in which you lost someone close to you. In either case it sounds like the experience had a big impact on you. It also sounds like you gained a lot from it, or perhaps found a new part of yourself? A new strength or courage or wisdom or something else. I would say that I'm sorry that you experienced the pain of grief but it doesnt seem right to say such a thing. In some cases, pain and suffering can be beautiful in a way, which you have shown here. I think that learning and growing from our experiences are the best thing that we can do in with our time in life. That is how we evolve our consciousness and/or our soul. It sounds like you did that with your experience.

Very inspiring.

Intentional. :-)

Man, I’m still making my way through. Thought I was into acceptance when I wrote this, but still seem to be dipping back into denial every now and then. The whole thing has been incredibly challenging - though I suppose in the face of such grief, we are posed with the choice of either sinking or evolving to fly. There’s so much wisdom to be gained through certain (growing) pains. Tough as fuck, but necessary to the cultivation - and perhaps rediscovery - of our strength. Incredibly humbling - but massive consciousness/soul/character evolution, indeed.

Pleased to hear/receive the feedback at least one person found this to be an inspiration. Thank you for your sharing.
