World's longest sea-shore , Cox'sbazar, Bangladesh || My Country Series

avatar

Hello everyone, Good Day ...

The most common question people ask me is that Where you from??, and whenever I answer them that I am from Bangladesh, they relate Bangladesh with India which is really sad for me. Personally, I feel sad because Bangladesh is an independent country and neighbor-hood country of India.

Whatever this is really small thing because my country is small and not very familiar towards everyone like Canada, India or USA. But, Bangladesh is one of the most beautiful country because of lush greenery, mangrove forest and the world's longest sea beach. So today, I am going to share some amazing pictures from Cox'sbazar, Bangladesh.

I hope you will like them....

Beautiful Sunset

Bangladesh is a south-Asian country and on the south of Bangladesh, we have Bay of Bengal. If you want to see, Bay of Bengal, you have to go to cox'sbazar which is the most famous tourist spot in Bangladesh. Every year, many people go there to enjoy the longest beach and beautiful sunrise and sunset.

Sun was about to say goodbye

Now the sun is sinking
In the golden west;
Birds and bees and children
All have gone to rest;
And the merry streamlet,
As it runs along,
With a voice of sweetness
Sings its evening song.

Well, I went several times at cox'sbazar because I love traveling and cox'sbazar is a place for relaxing and enjoying the sea. There are different star rating hotels as well as studio apartment so it's the completely most crowded tourist spot in entire Bangladesh. You will find plates of seafood, Burmese market, dried fishes, decorative indigenous pieces of stuff and many more.

Some more captures

Watching sunset moment is magical and we call it a golden hour. I was so lucky that I got chance to saw this sunset before coming here to Ukraine. It was really magical moment. I used to spend 5-6 hours there watching beautiful waves of the sea.

The first experiment to make still pictures animated and turned out okay but I have to experiment more. It's fun....

In these pictures, you can see a lot of people walking on the sea beach and people love to spend time here during low tide. Because during high tide it's impossible to walk like this.

Some activities on the beach. I went there with my family and my sister made this stack of sand. Kind of childish work but we love doing that.

I don't know what my dad was thinking and doing that time. He seemed a little bit tense but hahaha no worries he is always like this... Also, you can see beautiful sitting and relaxing arrangements on the beach.

My dad and my sister enjoyed the boat riding a lot though I didn't go with them. I was the cameraman at that time... LOL....

Personally, I don't like swimming in the sea because I am afraid of big waves but I prefer to enjoy waves and water like this. I was collecting some small seashells and still, now they are at my home...

Beautiful Waves

My experiment hasn't finished yet, I have a long way to go...It is fun working on something new. I spent really great time with my family there. I never saw a beach like cox'sbazar anywhere, I mean the environment is completely different as well as from a cultural perspective but I am sure you will like to spend a few days there.

Hi @priyanarc
These are very pretty pictures.
I think your experiment with the “ moving stills” was fascinating.
I think you could develop that into a brand of sorts and get more followers.
I am going to upvote and promote this post, as a form of encouragement for you.

I am intrigued by your comments about Bangladesh, I think I will read more, I think my great grandmother lived near the Bay of Bengal, a large area for sure, but left for England, now UK long ago.
