Pillow is a important thing for sleep. Some feel comfortable sleeping in one pillow, some in two pillows, some want a soft pillow, and some can't sleep unless they have a tough pillow. If your pillow is outdated, how to choose a new pillow? So let's see, what type of pillow is ideal for sleeping.

  • The shape of the pillow you can select to your liking. However, do not take too many small pillows. You can choose a pillow of your choice from a variety of medium, wide, standard, king, queen size pillows.

  • Too high or too low a pillow is harmful, not only for sleep, but also for health. Pillow height should be medium. The height of the pillow should be such that it does not effects the shoulder or neck. If you have a habit of lying backwards, the height of the pillow should be as high as your neck with your shoulders. And if you prefer to lie down, your neck and pillow should be in parallel.

  • The pillows elements is good to be natural. The foam pillow is quite soft but not comfortable to sleep on. This pillows are also harmful to health. Cotton pillows are beneficial for good sleep and health.

  • Make sure the pillow cover does not poppy. The pillow covers, especially those with crafted sheets, are not good to use when sleeping at night. The cover of soft cotton cloth or satin cloth is good.
