Oh HELL NO!!! But i do π³ ...
I was not sure about this show but I got bored over the 4th of July weekend and I started watching this show "Say I DO" on Netflix.
I wasn't sure because I am not into wedding stuff. I am not interested in pretty wedding dresses. I am not into wedding reception and dancing and party and everything... actually, I HATE wedding!!!
People waste too much time, money and energy on wedding.
To me, marriage is not a point. Marriage is a continuation of moments and wedding is just a point in those moments.
I feel like people focus way too much at this particular point and don't see the rest of moments that comes with it so that 99% of weddings fail and the marriage is pretty much over the day after the wedding. Maybe this is not you, but it is in my world...
So naturally, I thought I was going to hate this show... it turns out I Lπ³π³E this show.
Although I hate wedding stuff, I like people stuff and their stories... Lβ€οΈβ€οΈE stories.
Each couple has a different background, lifestyle and story... they are almost completely different from who I am and my lifestyle
source
yet, I felt some connections to all of their stories... it is a very weird feeling that I get so emotional just watching this show π³
Maybe it is their struggle, or my struggle, in life that wants to connect to their stories.
I still hate wedding and everything but "I DO" to this show...

This is my best part of this post.. too much wisdom in a single sentence. People spend way too much time, money and energy on weddings. If only they could invest such money in learning about how to treat tjeir spouse and all that is needed, marriage will be much better.
I like what you did here
haha thank you :) I think there are more important things than wedding to spend money on...
I think my wife and I paid the same amount both times we got married. Yes. We got married, divorced, then remarried. It's a crazy story that I'll probably never get into.
$25 for the Justice of the Peace years ago in Hawaii. $25 two years ago at the church. (The church actually doesn't charge members for the facility or the service. It's a custodian fee for cleanup afterward. We had a very small party so no real cleanup was required.)
I think my parents have a crazier story... π
I like your $25 wedding.
Where can you get married with $25? Most people spend thousands on their wedding.
I think itβs just a paperwork?
Oh, yeah that might be it. π€π€π€
