Love Island Season 2 Episode 6 Recap and Thoughts

It's time for our second recoupling of the season. Two boys will be heading out the door, we all know one of them is going to be James but who will the other be?

We might as well start with our Las Vegas night. The real story here was Connor and Mackenzie. After Connor participated in the game as little as he possibly could, Mackenzie got extremely jealous and decided to take it out on Connor. Honestly I'm just over Mackenzie at this point. She is just awful, the sooner Connor can escape this nightmare the better. Mackenzie does not respect Connor in this relationship and she really set the standard that him sharing his feelings is not what she expects out of a partner.

The real shock of the night was a demise of Rachel and Jeremiah. I don't think any of us saw it coming when Jeremiah pulled the plug on his relationship with Rachel, right before a recoupling as well. He could have waited a day to end things with Rachel but it really shows that Jeremiah was there for the right reasons by doing it beforehand. It was sad to say goodbye to Jeremiah at the recoupling and you could really tell the islanders felt it as well.

I;ll be damned if I didn't think Moira was about to pick James tonight. That last ditch conversation they had went way differently than I expected and Moira had me thinking for a moment that she was coming back to James. In the end she goes with Calvin and James heads straight out the door.

That's it for tonight, we've got a new girl headed to the island tomorrow and we can all vote on the app to decide who we want to see go on a date with her. Should be interesting and I hope that whatever decision is made, it brings some drama.
