• Looks like a week ago, The weather at my house The southern region of Thailand has changed dramatically. Causing the body to adjust to the almost unpredictable weather. At the beginning of the week, the rain was really heavy. Water almost flooded the canal in the village. And we have to stay with wet all day. I had to drive through the rain to pick up my daughter at the school, But now it doesn't rain for 3-4 days. The weather is getting hot. And today is very sunny. In the morning, children ran in front of the house. When unable to endure the heat of the sun, Therefore ran back to the house with sweat swollen. Fortunately, I and my children were not sick but my husband's mother had a cold for almost a week.

• Today I have an appointment with the veterinarian to pick up my cat that admit at the Animal hospital since wednesday. But before I go to pick up my cat Me and my children went to the market to buy groceries. Today the atmosphere looks bustling. Inside the shopping center decorated with christmas trees, there are gift sets, gift baskets for customers to choose. I noticed a promotional label on a product's price. It is a marketing strategy to encourage customers to spend more at the end of the year.

Chicken and pork are on sale for pickup. I can buy as I like. Fresh meat and without a bad smell I put it in the bag and take it to the staff to weigh before payment.

• Today I spend most of time in the fresh produce zone in the supermarket. There are many products to buy. Put on sale in full pickup truck. There are meat, vegetables, fruits, look fresh and clean.

• ดูเหมือนช่วงหนึ่งสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา อากาศบ้านเราเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างมาก ทำให้ร่างกายปรับตามแทบไม่ทัน ต้นสัปดาห์​ฝนตกหนักมากจริงๆ น้ำเกือบล้นคลองในหมู่บ้าน และเราต้องอยู่กับความชื้นทั้งวัน ต้องขับรถฝ่าฝนเพื่อรับ - ส่งลูกสาวที่โรงเรียน....แต่ตอนนี้ฝนทิ้งช่วง ไม่ตก 3-4 วัน อากาศเริ่มร้อน และวันนี้แดดแรงมากจริงๆ ตอนเช้าเด็กๆวิ่งเล่นหน้าบ้าน ทนความร้อนของแดดไม่ไหว เลยวิ่งกลับเข้าบ้านพร้อมเหงื่อท่วมตัว โชคดีที่จุ๋มและลูกๆไม่ป่วย ส่วนคุณแม่ของสามีท่านเป็นหวัดเกือบหนึ่งสัปดาห์

• วันนี้จุ๋มมีนัดไปรับเหมียวน้อยคัพเค้กที่โรงพยาบาลสัตว์ หมอบอกว่าลักษณะของแผลผ่าตัดที่แตก คงเป็นตั้งแต่วันแรก แผลติดเชื้ออักเสบ และมีไขมันจากผิวตรงช่องท้องไหลออกมา ทำให้หนังบริเวณแผลบวมมาก ผ่าตัดรอบที่ 2 ได้รอยแผลยาวกว่าเดิม มีผิวหนังบางส่วนอาจกลายเป็นเนื้อตาย ให้รอดูอาการอีก 2 วัน ถ้าแผลที่เย็บไม่ติดกัน คงต้องตัดเนื้อส่วนนั้นทิ้ง วันจันทร์มีนัดเพื่อประเมินอาการและทำเลเซอร์​เพื่อให้แผลหายดีขึ้น

• ก่อนไปรับคัพเค้ก จุ๋มและเด็กๆไปเดินตลาดและแวะเข้าโลตัสเพื่อซื้อของกินของใช้ วันนี้ดูคึกคัก เริ่มได้กลิ่นไอของเทศกาลคริสต์มาส​และปีใหม่ ซึ่งก็เหลือเวลาอีกไม่นาน ภายในศูนย์การค้ามีการประดับตกแต่งด้วยต้นคริสต์มาส​ มีชุดของขวัญ กระเช้าของขวัญหลากหลายแบบให้ลูกค้าได้เลือกซื้อ จุ๋มสังเกตเห็น​ป้ายโปรโมชั่นลด แลก แจก แถม ติดอยู่เต็มไปหมด เป็นการตลาดเพื่อกระตุ้นให้ลูกค้าจับจ่ายใช้สอยช่วงสิ้นปี....วันนี้จุ๋มก็ซื้อของกินของใช้ที่จำเป็น ส่วนใหญ่ก็จะอยู่โซนขายของสดในซุปเปอร์​มาร์เก็ต​ มีสินค้าให้เลือกซื้อเต็มกระบะ ทั้งเนื้อสัตว์ ผัก ผลไม้ ดูสดและสะอาดดีค่ะ

Thai ingredients I can buy here. The price may be more expensive than the outside market. But i can accept Because traveling here is convenient Wide parking lot ..... I come here often. Therefore I bought a little bit at a time. Because these fresh items are perishable.
