Well today is really awesome and we are going to do some Filipino martial arts. I am definitely working extremely hard on getting through module 1 and the material here is going to be testable material.

Yep so basically I need to practice practice practice today and work material as much as I can so hopefully I will be as prepared as I can and exactly one week.

Even though I know the material I still have to balance out my repetitions doing it right and keeping the knowledge base.

It's actually pretty good because I still have quite a bit of knowledge coming.

Well it is natural a really nice place to train.

I am excited as well as hard to get to be a part of all this.

Pretty exciting days and some pretty interesting material to get to proficiency with.

Super excited to see what's in store for today.

Oh yeah.

Angle # 1
Outside #1

Then we will see what happens. But the more I grow the quicker things happen.

It's like one of my doors will close and billion more fly open.

Well once I can figure out this strike check counter redirect deflect lotion next thing you know we're going to have some absolutely fun times coming up here real quick.

I have a feeling that I'm going to excel with the disarm programs but that won't be for a little while in the system.

the biggest thing is having a training partner so that I can work my form with somebody else and we both can work together to better our skills.

The Filipino martial arts actually have a very long history and has been involved in the world of conflicts for a long time.

From fighting the Spanish and European conquerors do fighting the United States army veterans of the civil war as well as the Indian wars....

In fact quite a few of the major military players worst sent to deal with the Philippine uprising and revolt.

So far the best I can tell is that the United States had massive amounts of casualties and even learned that firearms against a edged weapons expert was a poor substitute.

If you didn't know one of the major reasons why Marines are called leathernecks is because of the outstanding body count from getting their throat cut.

The Colt 1911 pistol was designed and used for this reason. It was faster to reload as opposed to a revolver and it had 7 rounds in the magazine plus one in the chamber for a 30% increase over a revolver and the blunt power of the 45 ACP cartridge came in handy.

Thanks and hang on more things are coming. I do need to post more and spread out the accounts and get this all square again. Whew.

Thanks all!!!!
