The one thing that is the most difficult thing for me to do?

So we all have our limitations, don't worry, this is not going to be some intense post, rather it is about something that is light hearted.

So coming back to these limitations. Ya we all have that one something which we really try hard but still becomes difficult for us to do. For me that one thing is Waking up early in Morning.....hahaha, what did you think?

Waking up early is something that I try hard but every morning fail :-), At night when I get to bed, I think tomorrow morning no matter what, I will wake up early but when morning happens, I even open my eyes and then think, every day I am managing my stuff waking up late so today one more day I will sleep and will wake up early tomorrow and then with that though go back to sleep.

So how many of you also do this? I guess it is pretty common, a lot of people have this habit.

Well I am a late sleeper and a late night person, again how much ever I try I am not able to sleep before 11:30 to 12:00 and then I need a minimum of 8 hours of sleep.I enjoy that quiet time when everyone is in bed and then I get some very relaxed peaceful moments, which I normally spend reading. But then if I do not get my 8 hrs or at least 7 hours then I feel like a zombie when I wake up and then behave cranky also.

So my wake up call happens at around 08:30 A.M. when most of the people are already out and have started their day, but I am still like waking up.
My target since years has been to start getting up between 06 to 06:30, but it just seems like impossible.

During school days, we had a early morning school starting at 7, so I had to get up by 05:30, for almost 10 years. after that my 1st job for 8 years again it was a early morning job starting at 07:30 so I had to get up by 5:30, so I still wonder how did that practice not set in my system. Yes it was painful getting up then also, but then when you do something over a length of time your body tunes into it, but looks like my body is too rigid to set into these systems :-) Anyways yes that's my character I do not enjoy routines and I do not enjoy limitations on time. I want to do things at my pace.

And I do not mind waking up even later to 8:30, I enjoy sleeping till late and on weekends I end up getting up by 9 or 10. Yes but then when I sleep till so late, when I wake up I do feel that I have lost a lot of good time of the day and then everything drags, so this feeling I do not enjoy

So what do you think is that 1 thing which you strongly want to do but just not able to?

Exactly what I am trying to do but not able to - get a comfortable 7-8 hour sleep. Now a days, I get up at around 4.30 - 5 am to pluck flowers as its summer, but I am not able to sleep early. Hardly 5-6 hrs sleep now a days , just can't sleep early, whatever way I try.
