Think NOT Worry

Hello guys, hope we are having a great day. So this is something that that got me Thinking.

Have you ever sat to think about how life will be worries? Well for me I think life without worries would be a boring one, imagine just getting up in morning without having to worry about anything at all. I mean everything just comes on a platter of gold, not even a little stress. It kinds of take the fun away from life in itself.

As humans we are abound to worry over every little thing, what to wear?, what to eat?, How to go about our every day lives? How to make money? It kind of reminds us that life is not full of roses and we need to be on our toes some times, lest we get taken off-guard by unforeseen circumstances.

But then instead of us worrying, the word should be Thinking. There is actually a fine line between these two things.

Thinking is done in a more calm manner with a mindset of creating a solution for an issue on ground, while worrying is putting much thought on something out of fear, being so uncertain about the outcome of things which however follows with some negative thoughts, most likely leading to anxiety.

People tend to worry too much about things, which in turn leads to anxiety or a state of depression.

What is the difference between thinking and meditating? Why do they say if you think too much you will quickly grow old?
