Movies for children and a sample list

Below is a list of movies for children which you may have watched. If you have children or those of your siblings or friends, you can gift them the CD or DVD or a pen drive with the movies so that they too can experience it.

If you have observed, people nowadays have a lesser attention span and it is alarming indeed. I have noticed it in both adults and children. The sudden increase in mobile phone usage and the influence of the internet has had a role to play in it, for sure.

Watching movies together with children and making them excited about all those superheroes can also have a positive effect on them especially during this covid era. Please do not for heaven's sake break their self-confidence or enthusiasm by saying that it is all make-believe because childhood is indeed a phase where minds can be molded accordingly. I have seen some parents doing it and I was horrified. Let children grow out of it naturally.

Also. please do not let children imitate superheroes.

There are many more and some are available in animated form too. Some versions are a little bit too dark like for example, the Jungle book version by an OTT platform was not exactly suitable for small children. The movie version of Jungle book too was a little bit too scary as per many opinions of the time. I did like it though and feel the escape scene when Mowgli runs away from Sher Khan and jumps onto the wild Bull or is it a buffalo? back was really an awesome shot.
