In this song, here is my own interpretation and submission.

In times when everything goes wrong and it seems to be like nothing is working. When its seems like we have the world's problem on our head. God still gives us hope.

The hope we get makes us not to be afraid of the worst scenario. Even when we feel we are alone in the struggle and the world is against us. when its seems we are sinking to raise no more.. He still give us hope that makes us rest assured that everything would be fine.

So far the sun rises and the moon sets, it shows that there is still hope for all.
