Abundance Challenge Day 3, with Vegan Lentil Soup Recipe

The material world is made of the things we can touch and I wouldn't blame you for thinking reality is static but in fact, it is fluctuating constantly. There is so much we can’t see with eyes open, insight about subtle energy fields that can only be experienced through meditation.

If you need more in your life, better things, the first step is to accept your desires without judgement and from an infinite source of abundance, you can manifest them in your life.

By thinking these dreams and aspirations to be possible you can connect them to this source.

Astral projection and lucid dreaming are both very good examples of this. You can have a paraplegic recover the use of their limbs on the astral plane, despite the verdict of a modern scientist who will have formed an opinion with a narrow definition of the material world.

By focusing on our inner world, our perception, our intelligence, our emotions and our own breath, it is possible for selfish desires to transform into altruistic ones and even to bring more self-preservation when it is needed, until there is a balance that transcends the material world.

Aspirations are transformative and while they can mix with denial at times, forming a bittersweet cocktail, they find a way to manifest abundance through honesty with one’s self.

Perhaps you are afraid of some of the things you want but only by letting the thoughts run their course can improvements be made. That is how you can reflect the dynamic material world within, by avoiding building mental dams or walls. This world which unbeknownst to us humans, is in constant motion.

It is truly my wish to nurture that inner world as I already see my energy increasing with the practice of meditation brought on by the wonderful abundance challenge which is hosted by @plantstoplanks and @naturalmedicine.

My mother, joining me on this adventure would even love to have an abundance of clairvoyance into her life. She wants to communicate with loved ones who have passed away, how cool is that?

This unusual look was my idea of a classic gender bender, pushing the boundaries of gender norms. The neoprene boobs have not yet been sewn to the shirt as they are merely pinned down.

I was surprised that the lights of Théatre Rialto were still on at 4AM after an intimate party with friends...
