DAY 3: COMPLETION OF TWO OUT OF THREE FABRICS || READY FOR DELIVERY
Hello lovelies πΉ
Welcome to my blog today π€
How's your Saturday going so far? π
Mine has been eventful π.
I work up as early as possible to conclude two of my client's dress
They are both similar in two ways because they are both Ankara fabrics and the gowns.
Though the gowns have different patterns and style.
The process wasn't tedious anymore as I have used the last two days to make adequate preparations.
So, all that remains for me is to join them together and finalize the process.
The first Ankara fabrics has multiple colors - brown and purple. I used a black net material to make a design on the chest area and side area.
It is a below the knee gown, that is, not too short and not too long. It also has a zip attached to it.
The second gown is coral peach color. It has a pleated flare on the arm and bottom area. It also has zip attached to it.
The two dresses are best for going to work on Fridays and Weekend outings.
I sent my client the pictures and she can't wait to receive her dresses... Yaaayπππ
I love your sewing, the way you use the fabrics and their patterns make them special. I especially like the brown one - geometrical designs are difficult to sew accurately and the result is stunning!
Do you know #needleworkmonday? It's a community of people who love needleworks - knitting, crocheting, sewing, cross stitch... every craft where a needle is involved is welcome. Each Monday we show each other (and the world) what we are working on, what we plan to do or what project just has been finished.
We share our love and passion for the needle arts and value comments and advice. With people from all over the world involved there is a vast pool of knowledge to be shared. Why don't you take a look (or write a post) when it's #needleworkmonday again?
Hey @muscara, thanks for the sweet words. My fabrics are typical African prints, they are called Ankara fabrics. They are of various designs and patterns.
I'd check #needleworkmonday tag out and be a part of it next week. Anticipate my post and thanks for the rehive.
It's nice to meet you. β€οΈ
Looks great :)
