Hello everybody! This is my second with Hive. Thanks!
I find this necessary to post on how to make masks without any hassle. You only need the following:

_ bra padding

  • elastic band or garter, rubber band,
  • pair of thin socks

Instructions:

  • First cut the cup paddings accordingly to fit your nose and chin. You can manually sew the edging, or use a double sided tape. Then simply insert the pad inside the sock and place it at the center.

  • Next, tie the end or sew it using an elastic that you usually tie on your pony tail. Tie it tightly.

  • There, I guess you will be able to make counting from 1-50!

It fits so well without pressing my nose since the padding is already hollow, right? It makes me comfortable whenever I go out to buy my medicine or food, I am more secure when I use my own motorcycle rather than use the public vehicles given the choice.

Do it now guys! It's easy as 1-2-3!

Thanking @needlework along with @muscara, @shanibeer and @marblely for keeping this little community of needleworkers.

This is my contribution to fight this invisible enemy #1 especially to the students out there and those who are on tight budget. I know we still need more things to buy such as hand Sanitizers, alcohol, antibac soap, antiseptics etc.and most of all, food. I hope and pray and that this ordeal that we've been facing would end. Stay safe my friends. God bless us all.

Photos taken using my own mobile camera 360.

Till then,
@Sarimanok

Yes, dear @muscara. In situations such as this ongoing pandemic, we always ran out of masks, especially in Manila, which is the most critical area ranging to 552 as of yesterday. People out there are now in food shortage so this is the least that we can do.

we always ran out of masks

Actually seems to be the same worldwide.
I know of a call to hospital members and their families in Germany with exact the same content: please make some masks from old fabrics.

Stay blessed, healthy and wonderful :)

Thank you! It is very relevant for us to use masks to fight this invisible enemy. You see, it's so easy as eating pie! They say that disposable masks should be used once only and that's quite an amount to those who are on tight budget. The young ones can put some stickers to make it more fashionable too. Thanks for dropping by.
