Hi I am Asim Shahzad, Photographer by Profession. Just found this in the bio of my Ideal Personality of Steemit @neoxian
I don't know much about this separate platform, But it looks like steemit, And I think it works like steemit as well. But I have few questions, Specially about the Posting Guidelines and The Tokens or Currencies accepted in this Platform. If someone has Knowledge about this kindly guide me in comments section or on Discord Please.
As I am a big Fan of Sir @neoxian I want to try this thing and want more information about this, Kindly Assist me about this.

Yes! A lot has changed on the STEEM blockchain.
There are tokens and tribes now. You can get rewarded in STEEM and in the other tokens!
You use TAGS to do this. So, when tagging neoxian you'll receive rewards in their currency 'neoxag'.
You can log into https://steem-engine.com/ using KEYCHAIN to see all the different tokens currently on the STEEM blockchain. There are MANY. This is also where you will CLAIM those token rewards.
A 'tribe' takes it to another level, often offering staking (much like staking your steem for Steem Power) and a website.
If you use https://steempeak.com/ (and you should 😉 ) you can click TRIBES at the top and explore all the different communities (tribes).
Here's a video I did about Steem Tribes for CreativeCoin (another tribe)... I've not actually released any of these officially yet... so... for your eyes first! Hope it helps!

There's a new tribe called PHOTOSTREEM.
You simply need to tag PHOTO and you'll be rewarded in PHOTO tokens!
