Daily Delegation - Day 20 (1,000 NeoXAg Delegation everyday)

I only had one valid entry yesterday! Y'all are slacking more than I am this weekend. @ironshield continues to dominate the competition and will receive another 1,000 NeoXAg delegation today. Everyone else is a temporary loser until tomorrow. I will be giving away the second delegation on the Neoxian City Discord. and am tempted to start doing one giveaway here and the other on discord moving forward. The discord is usually full of friendly citizens and more people are always welcome

I'm still all hyped up about Ti9 so once again we are doing a Ti contest. Tomorrows winner needs to tell me who they think is going to win The International 9. Group Stage is done and matches are set for the main stage starting tomorrow. I've been enjoying watching all the matches and doing my daily fantasy picks. I missed day 1 for the fantasy so don't have any chance of being near the top but I've been having fun playing nonetheless. I still haven't decided who I want to win but I should probably figure that out real quick because I need to fill out my bracket tonight!

Rules are a bit tricky today but I'm counting on all of you to solve this epic riddle I've laid out in front of you.
